To access "My Auction Service" or "My Scoreboard," you must register as an Organizer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our services are billed via subscription plans as listed on our Pricing page. All payments for subscriptions are final. As per our Refund Policy, no refunds will be issued for successful payments, except in the case of a verified duplicate payment error.
Our platform allows Organizers to optionally set a registration fee for players. Jannat Pro Sports acts only as a facilitator. These fees are transferred directly to the bank account or UPI ID provided by the Organizer. We are not responsible for any disputes regarding these fees; such matters must be resolved directly between the player and the Organizer.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You (Organizer) are solely responsible for the data you enter, including player names, team details, and auction results. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All data entered by Organizers for auctions and scoreboards (e.g., player names, scores, team names, sold/unsold status) will be made publicly visible in real-time on our platform for viewing by the general public.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jannat Pro Sports and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Jannat Pro Sports provides this platform "as is." We are not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or disputes arising from tournament organization, auctions, or payments. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
