A: You can follow along on the Live Auction page. It shows real-time data as the organizer conducts the auction, including player details and bidding status.
A: You can start by registering for an Organizer account. After logging in, you can visit the Pricing page to purchase a subscription for "My Auction Service" or "My Scoreboard".
A: In your Organizer dashboard, you have two options: add players manually one-by-one, or create a public registration link to send to players so they can register themselves.
A: As an Organizer, you can choose to set a registration fee. When a player registers, the fee is paid directly to the bank account or UPI ID that you provide in your settings. Jannat Pro Sports does not hold this money.
A: All payments for our service subscriptions are final and **non-refundable**. The only exception is if a technical error causes you to be charged two or more times for the same transaction. In that case, we will refund the duplicate payment(s). Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
