1. Service Cancellation

This policy applies to all services purchased on Jannat Pro Sports, including "My Auction Service" and "My Scoreboard" subscriptions, as well as any player registration fees collected through the platform.

2. Refund Policy

We operate with a strict refund policy to ensure clarity for all our organizers and users.

2.1. No Refund on Successful Payments

Once a payment is successfully processed for any service, it is final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees for our Auction or Scoreboard services and any fees paid by players for tournament registration.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used service periods or if you decide to stop using the service before your subscription ends.

2.2. Exception: Duplicate Payments

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment.

• If your account or card is charged two or more times for the exact same transaction due to a system error, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate payment(s).
• The original, successful payment will not be refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund for Duplicate Payment

If you believe you have been charged multiple times in error, please contact us immediately at jannatprosports@gmail.com.

To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:

• Your Organizer account email address.
• Proof of the duplicate transaction (e.g., bank statement screenshot, transaction IDs).

We will review your claim and, if a duplicate charge is verified, we will process the refund for the extra amount to your original payment method within [e.g., 7-10 business days].
